High quality and safety standards
Olsbergs Electronics develops and manufactures all products in its Vallentuna factory, including surface-mounting of control cards, the production of radio systems, operating mechanisms and control levers, etc., in order to safeguard the high standards of quality, reliability and precision the market demands.
In-house surface mounting machine gives great flexibility
For flexible and cost-efficient production Olsbergs has its own surface mounting machine where components are rapidly mounted on own-designed printed control boards and become finished PCBs which later are placed in the products.
In-house hardware and software design.
In addition to all hardware, Olsbergs Electronics also develops, program and test all software in each individual product and in the total control systems. Olsbergs remote controls are characterized by their ergonomic design, informative displays and menu systems. Together with precise control lever proportionality they provide optimal manoeuvring characteristics that afford the operator full control in every situation. Each control lever is fine-tuned to give the right fingertip sense which makes the operator feel like being one with the machine.
