Olsbergs Hydraulics design, manufacture and sell electro-hydraulic control system of highest quality and performance to mobile machinery equipment and primarily to truck mounted loader cranes and forestry cranes. The control systems are characterised by excellent control and interaction properties which are very much appreciated by crane operators and more the 20 000 systems are installed on cranes world-wide.
Development and innovation
Behind this success are forty years of uninterrupted development and around 30 patented innovations. Olsbergs develops and manufactures every component part in order to safeguard the highest quality standards. The plant in Eksjö, Sweden is equipped with modern automated machines and is producing around the clock with only one shift manned. For rapid and cost-effective production all manufacturing is customer order driven which means that all valves are produced for specific customers and valve specifications.
Extensive knowledge and long experience of hydraulic systems
Olsbergs offers the customers design of complete valve systems. Based on the customer’s functional requirements the valve specification is designed to fulfil properties of the ultimate system and this design work requires extensive knowledge and long experience. Valves undergo thorough test runs before delivery to verify that every unit is performing perfectly without the minutest deviation from specifications, just as customers have come to expect from Olsbergs valves. All serial numbers and test results are registered for full traceability.

Cleanliness is very important at production and assembly of hydraulic valves. It is vital to keep the working environment clean and free from dust to prevent particles from entering and effecting the functionality of the hydraulics. Olsbergs has crystal chandeliers in the assembly hall as a symbol for this work.
